Hotel FAYN is a refined luxury hideaway in Merano‑Lagundo, at the heart of the Merano region in South Tyrol (Italy).
We cook for a limited number of just 65 guests – personally attended to, with high expectations and great attention to detail.
Our culinary approach is clear and deliberate: seasonal, fresh and precisely executed. No excess – but focus, structure and respect for the craft.
Many team-members of our staff have been part of the hotel for years. This continuity shapes our daily work just as much as mutual respect and professionalism.
As Chef de Partie, you take responsibility for your section with composure, clarity and precision.
