Full‑time position (5.5‑day week) at the FAYN Garden Retreat Hotel – precise, attentive and with a refined sense of style.
Our restaurant stands for gourmet cuisine, a deliberate pace and a service style defined by attentiveness, restraint and confident presence.
With 34 exclusive rooms and suites and a maximum of 65 guests, we focus on calm, personal attention and a clear, elegant service culture.

Your Responsibilities:
- professional and attentive service for our restaurant guests
- advising on menu sequences, wine and beverage recommendations
- meticulous mise‑en‑place and structured service procedures
- close coordination with the kitchen and the service management
- confident, elegant presentation and service techniques (classic & contemporary)
- ensuring a calm, organized atmosphere for guests and team alike
WHOM WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- solid training in hospitality or gastronomy
- experience in high‑level restaurant service
- natural elegance in appearance and communication
- structured, reliable way of working and enjoyment of teamwork
- professional handling of wine & beverages
- calm, positive personality with a keen eye for detail
- excellent German skills; Italian & English preferred
